terms of service

by placing an order with back porch bakery, you agree to the following:

• all products are homemade in a home kitchen not inspected by the oklahoma department of health
• products may contain common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts
• back porch bakery is not responsible for allergic reactions
• availability and menu items may change weekly
• all sales are final due to the perishable nature of baked goods

we reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.
